Movitalis is the first activity tracker that focuses on longevity - not performance. With Movitalis you can improve your health and fitness by training at the intensity that is right for you. Simple, effective and backed by science.
Hello everyone, thanks for your support in launching this product! π
I have been working on Movitalis for the past two years and I am very excited to be launching today! π
Movitalis is a fitness tracker designed for longevity, not just performance. It helps you train smarter with a customisable workout plan, effort intensity guidance, Apple Watch tracking, and key longevity markersβwhile keeping things simple.
I built this because most fitness apps focus on performance, while regular people who just want to stay healthy are often left without clear guidance. Movitalis changes that!
To do this, Movitalis makes good use of one of the most studied and interesting health markers: your VO2 max. While it did become more popular lately it is still not widely known that VO2 max is an amazing indicator of overall health and predictor of longevity. In this study of over 1 million participants, a low VO2 max was linked with a 3-5x increase in overall mortality. This is an amazing finding as VO2 max is something we can increase through regular exercise, especially if done correctly (using Movitalis haha)!
Another aspect that makes Movitalis different is that it helps you improve both your strength AND cardio (both strong predictors of longevity). Usually apps focus on just one of these qualities, letting the user figure out how to combine the two. Movitalis generates a weekly structure that gives you the best of both worlds, supercharging your fitness.
Iβd love to hear your thoughts β would you consider Movitalis to help you on your fitness journey? π
@warixhussainΒ That's exactly right, I built it so you can see all your workout data in one place. You sound like the final boss as far as users for my app go, glad to hear you like it! Hope it helps you stay on track with your health goals!
@elissa_craig thanks for your thoughtful comment! Thatβs exactly right, I built it to make it easier to organize all your training, because I know it can be messy. Good luck in your race and hope Movitalis will help you going forward. If you have any feedback or suggestions please let me know, the app is just getting started. Also if you could leave a product review it would be very helpful. Thanks!
Love the shift from performance to longevity! How does Movitalis personalize 'the right intensity' for usersβis it based on age, biomarkers, or real-time feedback?
@desmond_ren1 glad to hear you like the approach! Yes, the βrightβ intensity is determined using your hart rate and age. This is a starting point and the app allows you to adjust the effort zones within some bounds. In the future I plan to improve the algorithm to adjust the intensity suggestions even better based on your feedback and how you perform over time. Thanks for the comment!ππ»
UI is super easy to understand and dive into your health data. The targets are definitely higher then standard Apple Health ones, which I really like because it pushes me to be more intentional with my workouts as opposed to taking a 'good enough' approach. Love the ability to buy a lifetime subscription as well.
Hi Elissa, thanks for your review! I'm glad the app pushes you a bit, but I would also add that you can adjust your targets as needed. I think consistency is most important, so finding the balance between pushing but doable is key. Glad you like the lifetime subscription, I really like apps that do that so I decided to do it as well. Happy training!
Excellent! It has some vitals needed for longevity goals, and I struggle to find these features anywhere else. VO2Max, zone-2 cardio -- stuff like these are so important, I've realised this after coming in contact with Bryan Johnson. And Movitalis helps with that.
Plus, the interface is so intuitive!
Hi Waris! Thanks for your thoughtful review! That's exactly right, Movitalis brings all those things in one place and ignores the unimportant stuff. Hope you enjoy training!

Such a cool, needful tool! I have always been a runner and am getting ready for my 4th half marathon in a few weeks. I've also been getting more into the idea of cross training, but do so with my fiancΓ©. He is a baseball coach and often creates workout programs designed with that in mind. Since doing more of his workouts, I have noticed it has impacted my running performance. Tools like Movitalis could very well be exactly for people like me need in helping us stay mindful and intentional while focusing on our health and actively working towards fitness goals.
