Microns

Hey, Product Hunters! I’m so excited to share a new version of Microns with you.  It's my second launch here, so don't be afraid to roast. Three years passed since I presented Microns. In the summer of 2021, I was in Odesa, Ukraine, swimming with my wife.  At that stage, Microns was just a concept with 15 startup listings and around 150 newsletter subscribers — nothing serious. I launched on the last day of the weekend, and it blew my mind. So many founders liked the project, and we became the #3 Product of the Day. I remember that day. I was on the bus driving home and replying to every comment on PH. It was a positive sign for me to continue working on the project. Since then, many things have changed, and Microns has gained much improvement and traction. We have sold over 70 startups worth $300k+. Based on customer feedback, I’ve added Profiles, Metrics, Chat, Analytics, and other features you asked for. Microns is fully bootstrapped, so monetization was crucial to keeping the marketplace working. For this reason, I created a Premium membership and Transfer service, and people started paying. It was that magical moment. You can sell any of your online projects for free. The main requirements are as follows: your project has revenue and is bootstrapped. To buy a startup, you must have a Premium membership. If you need help with your transaction and want to feel safe, request our Transfer service. Sold two of my projects through the first version of Microns. It was already an easy process which got even better with v2.

Upvoted! There's something super appealing about diving into a business that's already got its gears moving, like skipping the assembly line straight to the driving. I'm definitely keen to know more, though—what's the vetting process like? Because diving in is great and all, but no one wants to belly flop into an empty pool. Assurance that these micro-startups are legit profitable would be a pretty big deal.

I really like what you have built @sweatc the only thing I miss on the website is a free preview of at least one startup .... I have a different use case, I'm a Marketing Consultant working with different companies ... I would like to find and pitch my clients to acquire info products or micro-saas to grow their LTV so one of my most important pieces of information is their source traffic, whether they bootstrapped that business in the last 5-10 years or if they had a true growth strategy
