Hi everyone, I set out to build the perfect health app for my mom. Along the way, it became the health tool I rely on more than anything else. Now, I want to make it truly great for as many people as possible. By combining biological age, talking to your health data through AI, nutrition tracking with your camera, sleep analysis with notifications, and so many other features, Metric is positioned to be your perfect all-in-one health companion.
