Hello folks! 👋 It’s me again) Yesterday something went wrong on PH server, so our second attempt. Let’s gooo! Last half a year we have been working on a mobile app designed to help people with depression, stress, and anxiety through clinically proven methods and techniques. And I’m more than excited to share it with the Product Hunt community. We’ve made a simple tool to track your mood, perform breathing exercises, self-check tests and many other useful functions, but the sweetest part of our product that I love the most is our Guided Affirmations and Smart Tips powered by AI. How does it work? You didn’t ask, but I am willing to share 😉 When you use the app it collects and analyses tens of data categories. Like mood, time of the day, circumstances, tests results, overall activity and many other parameters. Based on defined patterns the app learns to understand you better and provide you with tailored tips and recommendations. How cool is that, ha? Moreover, we partnered with professors from Stanford University to generate hundreds of tips and recommendations based on clinically & scientifically validated techniques and methodologies. So be sure you will get the proven ways to deal with anxiety and stress. I will be more than happy to answer your questions, discuss ideas and feedback!
