Unlike other scheduling tools, Meetify helps you coordinate both the time and place, whether you are meeting at a coffee shop, a restaurant, or virtually if needed. It’s simple, personal, and flexible, built for real-world meetings.

Hey, everyone! 👋 I’m Dan, co-founder of Meetify.
And I hate virtual meetings!
I know Zoom calls are a part of modern work, but they can’t compare to the genuine connection you get from sharing some coffee or grabbing lunch with someone.
We built Meetify to make scheduling real-world meetings easy. It’s kind of like Calendly and Google Maps had a baby.
Meetify helps you find the perfect place to meet and then lets you offer the other person both location and time options to pick from. It’s flexible enough for real life, letting people suggest alternatives or adjust if they’re running late. And yes, it handles virtual too when you need it.
Before this, I created SignUpGenius and was the CEO/CTO for over a decade, so I'm passionate about solving scheduling headaches.
Give it a try and invite a friend to coffee ☕. I’d love to hear what you think!

@masump Great question, as this is something that tools like Calendly are particularly BAD at. As soon as we had people planning meetings with Meetify, this is one of the first things that came up with real world meetings!
Meetify has a revision flow that is designed for speed and flexibility. You can quickly switch to a previously offered location or suggest a new location. Invitees can also shift to a later time on that day (if it is open in your synced calendar) or they need a new day, they can request a reschedule. There's a screenshot if you scroll down to the bottom of our 'features' page that shows the quick revision options.

@natalia_eiriz Hi, Natalie. It also handles virtual meetings or basic office meetings if you need it. We just emphasize the in-person nature because it's a distinctive. It also does factor in timezones, showing the user's own timezone when they are scheduling. We have some users that do traveling sales... and they will setup meetups in various timezones and let Meetify figure out the exacts. Thanks for your interest and I hope it is helpful for you!

Meetify is 'meeting' the demand for seamless scheduling by coordinating both time and place effortlessly! 🗓️
How does Meetify handle the integration of location services for in-person meetings? Does it provide suggestions for meeting venues based on participants' preferences and proximity? For instance, could it suggest a quiet coffee shop for a casual meeting or a co-working space for a team collaboration based on past meeting trends?
Meetify
@faizanjan_ Great question! You can search for restaurants and coffee shops in a particular area, or between you and the person you are inviting. You can also search by type of food (Italian, Mexican, Pizza, etc.), price range, or dietary restrictions. If you use it frequently, you can build 'favorites' lists of spots you like best. And you can add in co-working spaces, your office, or home as a potential option as well.
For me, I like local coffee shops, so there's a few other options, like you can choose whether or not to include Starbucks and Dunkin' in your search or not.
Does this only apply to meetings involving restaurants or coffee shops? It would be more convenient to be able to manage all meetings together.

@kay_arkain Sorry this wasn't clear, but Meetify also handles virtual meetings too. You can use it just like Calendly for virtual only if you want. The in-person part is a distinctive for us, but you don't have to have multiple meeting tools. Meetify will do virtual, in-person, or just meetings in your office.
Hey Dan and Meetify team, congrats on the launch! I'm surprised it's taken this long to bring these two concepts together (because who doesn't also need to coordinate on a meeting place as well as time), and glad you have what looks like a great product. This should make planning meetings a lot more seamless. Can't wait to try it out.
Meetify
@smjburton Thanks, Scott! Appreciate the support. It was surprising to us, too, that none of the other scheduling tools handle location. As we got into the design process, we were honestly a little shocked at the variety of complexities needed for in-person meetings. It was a lot harder to handle all the different scenarios that come up than we thought! But we're proud of what we've put together and how we were able to keep it flexible but still simple. And we're always looking for feedback, so reach out any time if you have ideas or if we can help. Thanks again.

In "which place works best?" can you suggest multiple options?
Meetify
@pablo_hernandez10 Hi, Pablo. Absolutely and that's the point, actually. You can list multiple physical locations along with a virtual option and give the person the flexibility. There are a variety of ways this is very helpful. For example, if you don't know exactly where the person lives, you can offer restaurants in different locations and let them choose what is closest to them. If you don't know what kind of food they like or dietary restrictions they have or how much they want to spend... you provide several options and you avoid any awkward conversation or back and forth communication. We've found that the invitees really like the ability to quickly choose. It's SUPER easy for them to finalize it.

Great niche.
I had been searching for a group scheduling tool that allows multiple people to choose any available slot on the calendar. Each slot should have been accepting more than one person for group meetings.
Your product can do it. I would have been your customer if I had found your solution 2-3 months ago.
You may wanna review the UX though. I counted few minor issues from my end-user perspective, below.
- I couldn't understand how to send invitations for a created meet up.
- Even if there is only one proposed location to meet, invitees need to select it. I expect it to come preselected.
- Critical one is, I might not wanna reveal the "How to Access the Meeting:" info on the public meeting invitation page. I would most probably reveal it after the meeting attandance confirmation.
Great product that I'll closely watch. Please let me know how can I subscribe your newsletter if you have one.
Congrats on your launch!
Meetify
@yigitagcame Thanks, Yigit, for the great feedback.
After you build an invite, you are given a link that you can share yourself or the option to send invites through our system. Would love feedback from others if this wasn't clear?
The first location and time should be pre-selected, as you suggested, so I'll look up your created meetup to see what the issue was.
And yes, agree that for virtual meetings, the attendance info should come in the email confirmation. I thought that was the case already, but I will double check.
I'll add you to the newsletter if you send me a note here: https://meetify.com/support

This tool makes scheduling real-world meetings so much simpler! It's great for connecting face-to-face. 👍

@samuel_briskar Thanks, Samuel! Face-to-face is so much better if at all possible!
