Hey Product Hunt 👋 The idea for maxee.me came from noticing the same pattern over and over again: small and mid-sized businesses are incredibly busy, but often lack clarity about where to focus to actually grow. Most tools are either built for large enterprises or feel overwhelming for small teams. We wanted to explore a different approach—using AI not to replace decision-making, but to structure it. Instead of dashboards or long onboarding flows, we focused on speed, simplicity, and practical insights. That’s why maxee.me works without registration and delivers value within seconds. During development, the biggest shift was realizing that prioritization matters more than volume. The goal became clarity, not more data. We’d love to hear your thoughts: How do you currently identify growth or optimization opportunities in your business? What would make an AI tool like this genuinely useful—or not? Looking forward to your feedback and discussion 🙌

This is a really smart approach to the analysis paralysis problem. Small businesses definitely need this kind of clarity without the enterprise tool complexity.

One thought on your model: what if the first analysis was free with minimal input, just to show the value? Like a quick diagnostic that demonstrates the insights are actually useful. Then once someone sees real, actionable recommendations, they'd be way more likely to pay for the deeper dive or follow-up reports.

I'm thinking something like: first scan identifies 2-3 optimization opportunities with basic context, then you offer paid deep-dives into specific areas (pricing strategy, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, etc.).

The instant gratification + proof of value might convert better than asking for info upfront letting them seeing only 1 recommendation. Just a thought based on what we've seen with onboarding flows.
