Must have for all women who take care of themselves. My girlfriend is having skin issues, and it's driving me insane. I will suggest her to try this app, hopefully, her skin will improve. I briefly tried the app, and I was surprised to find not only massage/yoga techniques, but also educational content such as guides on how to balance a meal, or pick appropriate skincare products By the way, I have one question. Is this app only for women, or are some tips/exercises compatible with men as well?
