It's a shame when customer service ruins the product. The app and product itself is interesting. If you have the time and discipline, its recommended. However, the ability to cancel or change your subscription is a total failure. If feels intentionally confusing and complicated. To quote their response, "Besides, our billing is handled by third-party platforms which are picky regarding business cooperation." The "Besides" underscores the lack of attention or respect for the customer. And I only say that because I have other subscriptions that are simple to manage. I want to say that a messy payment system is Luvly's problem, but clearly it was mine and cost me money.
