@chilarai Thank you! No sensitive data is saved (screenshots, audio recordings), only user prompts are saved.
Many companies limit their onboarding to paper, which in the end is just a bureaucratic procedure. It would be much better to enhance the onboarding process with videos, audio, and so on. Can such media like videos/explanatory films be incorporated?

@michael_kulla For sure! We support referencing videos based on the user's context. We think that AI agents performing correcting actions on a user's screen is almost a form of video tailored just for them.
Most onboarding tools are still just walls of text. Would be awesome if Loophole could add short video or audio hints - do you think that’s possible?
