Zugrow is the AI-first property management software (PMS) built for autonomous hosting. Connect Airbnb, Booking.com and other vacation rental channels with real-time calendar sync, unified guest messaging and autonomous AI pricing. Every paid plan includes the AI Agent Hub. Build a direct booking website, manage multiple properties across multiple channels, automate your short-term rental operations, and grow with 0% booking commission.

We believe the next generation of property management software won't be defined by more features, it will be defined by autonomy.
Zugrow is an AI-first PMS built for autonomous hosting, combining an AI Agent Hub with multi-channel management, real-time calendar sync, autonomous AI pricing, guest messaging, direct booking websites and the tools hosts need to scale their vacation rental business from a single platform.
Most property management software adds AI as another feature. We built Zugrow the other way around. The AI Agent Hub sits at the centre of the platform, so every paid plan includes every agent from day one. We believe AI should be the operating system behind your business, not an expensive add-on.
If you could give one hosting task to an AI agent today, which would save you the most time?
A direct competitor to Hostaway and Hospitable, the AI Agent Hub sounds genuinely useful. One thing I'd love to see is a built-in guest ID verification flow that auto-generates the required registration docs per country. Right now that's still a manual chore for hosts in Spain, Italy, and France, and it would really round out the automation story if LetGrow handled it end to end.
One thing that would make LetGrow a no-brainer for me is a built-in guest verification step before the AI agent sends the first message. Even an automated ID or selfie check would cut down on scams and chargebacks, and it would let hosts fully trust the automation rather than babysitting it.
One thing that would make this even more useful is a built-in dynamic pricing explanation panel. Right now the AI suggests rates, but hosts can't see why a certain price was picked for a given night. Showing the key factors like local events, demand shifts, or competitor changes in a simple breakdown would build trust and help hosts fine-tune their own strategy alongside the AI.
Thanks to everyone so far for such positive feedback. We've taken all your suggestions onboard and we're looking forward to including them in our road map as we progress further on our journey! :)
