Invest in what you know and love with Koia. At Koia, we fractionalise iconic assets so anyone can invest in them. We're starting out with collectibles, like fine wine, watches and Pokémon Cards.
@moritz_walther Hi Moritz, there won't be a holding period before users can sell, but do note we're still working on our secondary market and this element of the product is not yet live. We expect to have it in the coming months :). We obtain our pricing data from a variety of global sources, such as Liv-ex for wines and PWCC for trading cards. For more illiquid assets and very limited edition collector items where readily available data is not available, we will show previous sale prices, for example from auctions, or for comparable items.

I think investing in these collectibles with such a user-friendly UI is a great step for someone who is setting foot in the world of investing. Are you planning to add any upgrades to make the UI more interactive?
@gupta_ayushh Hi, happy to hear your suggestions! In terms of making it more interactive, yes we definitely have a couple of ideas. For example, adding videos or live-streaming in our drops; allowing users to gain collector points and showcase their collections to other users or non-users; or even enjoying or wearing your collectibles via augmented & virtual reality.
Hi there! 👋
Super excited to share Koia with you here on Product Hunt.
A bit about us
At Koia, we believe in opening up opportunities, from assets to education. The world’s wealthiest have invested in assets such as fine wine, art and watches for hundreds of years. The same opportunities have remained out of reach to most people. We plan to change that.
Koia is bringing passion, excitement and a human touch to today’s faceless world of investing. We’re making investing engaging and community is at the core of what we do.
Would love to hear your feedback, find out what asset classes you want to see on our platform and happy to answer any questions here!

Safe and easy to use, great assets - a brilliant way for the younger generation to invest. Would highly recommend to anyone looking into investing in alternative products.

This idea is so refreshing especially in this era where investing in alternate commodities became such a hassle. This app takes a delightful traditional route by choosing to provide collectible-based business funding.
@colin_mattison Hi Colin, we're starting off with collectibles such as wine, watches and Pokémon Cards and would potentially add digital assets such as music royalties in the future. We're not looking at startups investing at the moment; we're based in Europe and there are already a number of great startup crowdfunding platforms around :)
@bhami_ilyas We're allowing investors to access assets that are normally only accessible to the wealthiest 1%. In addition, we're taking away the hassle that normally comes with investing in collectibles, such as storage, authentication and insurance.
