Most AI chatbots cost $200+/mo just to answer basic questions. Klemly changes that. Add an AI support widget to any site in minutes with one line of code. Train it on URLs, PDFs, or text—it answers only from your content. It replies in 13 languages, captures leads, flags frustrated customers, and escalates to humans instead of guessing. 💡 Free for 100 chats/mo. No CC required. 🚀 Launching soon on Product Hunt—follow us!

Dropped a training URL on my small blog and the answers came back surprisingly accurate in seconds, even in a couple of languages I tested. The escalation cue for frustrated users feels really thoughtful for a solo setup.
@azatmikyaz20842 That's the goal—appreciate you testing it. The multi-language check is a relief to hear. And exactly, the escalation was designed for solo founders who can't babysit a chatbot all day. If the AI's unsure, it just says so and gets out of the way. Thanks for the feedback 🙏
One thing that would make this a no-brainer for my team: a Slack or Discord notification when a visitor gets escalated to a human. Right now I'd have to keep the dashboard open all day to catch the handoff.
@huriyeyr8y Great point. Honestly, that's the dream. Slack/Discord notifications are high on the roadmap—should be coming in the next few weeks. If you want early access when it's ready, DM me and I'll ping you. 🙏
One thing I'd love to see is a way to set custom tone rules or brand voice presets, like "friendly and casual" or "formal and concise." Right now the responses feel a bit generic, and being able to dial in the vibe per site would make it blend way more naturally with the brand it's sitting on.
@bahardisq This is a massive area I want to nail. Totally agree—responses should feel like the brand, not generic AI. I'm working on custom tone presets. What would you want first—casual, formal, or something else?

How do you plan to get first users? :)
@busmark_w_nika Hey Nika! Great question.
My plan is a mix of channels, but I'm keeping it simple at first:
1. Product Hunt (today) – Main launch. Already live and getting traction.
2. LinkedIn – Personal post + engaging in relevant threads. My network is mostly tech founders and devs—good fit.
3. Reddit – Posting in r/SaaS, r/SideProject, r/Entrepreneur with a "roast my product" angle.
4. Hacker News – Show HN post. Tough crowd but valuable if it sticks.
5. Direct outreach – Reaching out to early-stage founders I know who might need a chatbot.
6. Content – I've got a demo video that explains the product in 30 seconds. Posting it everywhere.
The goal right now isn't thousands of users—it's 10–20 really engaged early users who give brutal feedback and become case studies. After that, I'll double down on what's working.
Long-term: SEO, partnerships, and word-of-mouth once I have a solid base.
What about you? How are you planning to get users for your minimalist phone app?

@yosephbet To be honest, I also wanted to try Hacker News, but every time I try to contribute, I see only this message :D But first, I am trying/testing it with friends who have a development background, so I can polish it. :)
@busmark_w_nika Haha, I feel your pain. Hacker News flagged my first two attempts too. 😅
The tips you posted are solid. I think my mistake was:
Title was too salesy – "90% less than Intercom" sounds like marketing. Should have focused on the problem instead, like "Show HN: Klemly – AI chat that actually admits when it doesn't know."
No backstory in the text field – I just listed features. HN wants to hear why you built it and how it works technically.
Low karma account – My account had 1 karma. The algorithm flags new accounts that post links without prior engagement.
URL tracking parameters – I accidentally left UTM tags in the URL. HN hates that.
What I should have done instead:
Build karma first by commenting on other posts
Submit with a clean URL (no ?utm=)
Write a personal backstory in the text field
Keep the title factual, not comparative
And yeah, testing with developer friends first is the smarter move. Polish it, get real feedback, then hit HN when you're confident it's solid.
Hey builders! 👋
Klemly just ranked #2 on ValidateHunt Week 2026-W30 with a 7.7/10 from real user reviews.
I'm building affordable AI support chat because I believe every business deserves great customer support, not just the ones with big budgets.
If you've tried Klemly, I'd love your review too - it helps me improve and reach more founders who need it.
