I built Kernel after getting frustrated with how over-the-top most review collection platforms have become.
They bundle dozens of features most small businesses never use, complex workflows, heavy dashboards, endless settings and then charge heavily for all of it. But there wasn’t a simple, straightforward tool for someone like me who just wants to collect reviews and understand them using AI, without paying huge amounts.
Kernel was built keeping in mind an average small business owners who doesn’t have a huge budget to spend on yet another platform.
