You can contact the instagram customer service . What will help you to increase your engagement is, among many: analyzing when your audience is active on Instagram and adding posts when they are actually online, adding engaging captions to your posts: share a story and end the caption with a question to your audience, prepare better posts, meaning in higher quality, or experiment with different type / theme of your posts, add proper hashtags: carefully consider which ones you are using, be yourself, don’t pretend someone you are not, make people trust you and convince them they can always talk to you and ask you any question, think who your ideal target audience is, what they would like to see but also what you feel really good in: people will feel if you are passionate about what you do.
