Finance teams still rely on fragmented spreadsheets to answer critical questions like “Why did revenue change?” or “Where will we land this quarter?” InSightOS is an AI-native FP&A workspace that helps teams generate forecasts, detect anomalies, and understand financial drivers instantly. Get grounded insights with explainable data lineage instead of manual spreadsheet analysis.

Are you pulling data directly from accounting systems like QuickBooks or Xero, or do users upload spreadsheets manually? Congrats on shipping this.
@borrellr_ InSightOS is designed to connect directly to accounting and financial systems like QuickBooks, Xero, ERPs, and data warehouses, so teams can work with live data. We also support spreadsheet uploads for teams that still rely heavily on Excel during forecasting and analysis.
Appreciate the support!
Excited to see InSightOS live on Product Hunt today 🚀
From a technical perspective, one of the problems we kept seeing was how fragmented financial analysis workflows still are. Teams often have data spread across multiple systems, and answering simple questions like “what actually drove this change?” requires a lot of manual investigation.
While building InSightOS, we focused heavily on designing systems that can combine structured financial data with AI-driven analysis while keeping insights explainable and traceable.
It’s been a fun and challenging engineering journey working on forecasting workflows, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted financial reasoning.
Huge credit to the engineering, product, and design teams at PhrasIQ who helped bring this together.
We’re still early and would love to hear feedback from the Product Hunt community.
Great work team! The finance workflow I want updated is variance analysis on headcount. new hires are delayed, unexepected terminations happen (or happen mid-month when modeled at end of month), unbudgeted raises happen. Sifting through the noise of why total headcount expenses are off versus plan requires a lot of deep diving into employee data that ultimately ends up as accounting data.
@peter_nesbitt this is exactly the kind of workflow we’re thinking about. Headcount variance looks simple at a high level, but quickly becomes messy once you factor in timing shifts, partial months, and unplanned changes.
InSightOS is designed to help surface those underlying drivers faster by connecting employee-level changes to the financial impact, so teams don’t have to manually piece it together across systems.
Would love to learn more about how you currently handle this in your workflow.

Building something meaningful always takes a team effort, and I’m incredibly proud of the work everyone at PhrasIQ has put into bringing this product to life. From shaping the product vision to refining the experience and making the platform robust, it’s been a rewarding journey.
InSightOS is our step toward helping finance teams move beyond fragmented spreadsheets and slow analysis, giving them faster, clearer insights into what’s driving their numbers.
We’re still early and would genuinely love to hear feedback from the Product Hunt community. Thanks for checking it out!
