There are two ways AI helps: 1) Virtual interviewer who gives your questions. 2) AI helping to evaluate candidates and filter those who don't qualify your pre conditions, criteria. This helps to filter the candidates and spend time only on people who qualify. If you have any other question, I am happy to answer. In the future, AI will be able to find great candidates for a position before a recruiter even starts doing a search. Existing human resource systems will transform from data-driven to AI-driven in the coming years. Congratulations on the launch.
