HiringPartner.ai is an agentic AI hiring platform that reduces ~1,000 candidates to your top ~10 matches in 48 hours. The platform autonomously handles resume screening, voice pre-screens, 24/7 AI interviews, and delivers ranked shortlists with video recordings, transcripts, and competency scores - so you can focus on final hiring decisions, not endless resume reviews.

What do you think? …

Faris Abdul Raheem

Hey founders and makers! I'm thrilled to share what we've built.

As someone who's been on both sides of hiring, I know the pain: you post a job, get flooded with thousands of applications, and then spend weeks trying to figure out who's actually worth talking to. Great candidates get lost. Hiring teams burn out.

We built HiringPartner.ai to solve this.

Here's what makes it different:

End-to-end automation – From resume screening to AI interviews, we handle the entire pipeline. You get a ranked shortlist of ~10 candidates, not 1,000 resumes.

AI calls & AI Interviews – Our AI conducts voice pre-screens and structured interviews 24/7. You get video recordings, transcripts, and scored evaluations for every finalist.

48-hour turnaround – What used to take weeks now happens in 2 days. 1,000 applicants → 10 qualified candidates.

Early users are already seeing results:

  • A tech startup cut screening time from 3 weeks to 2 days

  • A logistics company interviewed 500+ candidates without a single recruiter call

  • An engineering team filled a senior developer role in 3 days after screening 700+ applicants - their fastest hire on record

We're live today and ready to transform how you hire. I'll be here all day to answer questions and hear your feedback!

Let's fix hiring. 🚀

Jumping in as co-founder! 🎉

Want to share a quick story: One of our early customers was a Series A startup hiring for 3 engineering roles. They had 2,100 total applications and a 2-person team trying to review them all.

Within 48 hours, HiringPartner.ai had conducted 147 voice pre-screens, 42 full AI interviews, and delivered 9 ranked finalists per role. Their founder told us: "I got my weekends back, and we actually hired better engineers than our last round where we did everything manually."

That's the moment we knew we were onto something real.

Here all day to answer questions, especially curious to hear from other founders dealing with hiring chaos!

Let's make hiring suck less.💪

@farisabdulraheem Congrats on the launch Faris! How do you balance automation with human judgment in the hiring process? When should a human step in?

Faris Abdul Raheem

@kimberly_ross Hey Kimberly, great question!

Here's our philosophy: AI handles volume, humans handle judgment.

What makes our system intelligent:

Our AI only needs your job description and must-have skills - that's it. No complicated setup. It understands the nuances (like "3+ years in React" vs "experience with React") and weights everything accordingly.

Where humans take over:

We shortlist from 1,000 candidates to ~10 finalists with full AI interview recordings, transcripts, and scores. You make the final call.

Interestingly, our #1 ranked candidate is usually the best fit (we've seen this consistently), but we believe that final judgment should be yours. You know your team, culture, and what you really need beyond the job description.

The result: AI eliminates 990 unqualified candidates in 48 hours. You spend your time on the 10 that actually matter.

The best hiring isn't 100% AI or 100% human - it's using each where they're strongest. 🎯

What's your take? Have you dealt with high-volume hiring before?

Sanooj Surendranath

Looks sleek! Congratulations on the launch! What happens if the candidate cannot take the call ? will it be retried?

Faris Abdul Raheem
@sanoojs Thanks. Our system retries the call three times after 1 hour and again after 3 hours during business hours. If there’s still no response, we automatically send an email with a custom form containing questions specific to the job description and the candidate.
