It is a decent application that helps connect recruiters with job seekers. I had a little trouble at first finding candidates but had help from an enthusiastic and friendly ops team person that sent me a curated list of candidates that matched my requirements. I recommend this application to anyone that wants to cut the red tape and get on with hiring quick and easy.
