Hi Hengam, I'm looking for a smart push notification solution and am really excited to come across Hengam. I have a few questions I hope you can help me answer in my evaluation. *How does Hengam's smart predictions compare w/Firebase's? *Does Hengam offer "smart" delivery to optimize message deliverability? *Most importantly, how can I integrate Hengam into my existing analytics ecosystem? My user data and segments are in my analytics tool and I need to know how to integrate Hengam. Thanks for taking a look. I hope Hengam provides what I'm looking for. P.S. I keep mistyping Hengam for Hengram, curses!

@rayliverified I am happy you're interested, we are providing insight and action together is a simple way. We're not only predicting churning users (as Firebase does), we choose best message (from a pool of contents and offers you've provided) and best time to communicate with them. Currently we're not providing integrations with other services but we're planning to ingest data from popular analytics in future. The main point is that the integration is only useful if the other service provides data for each individual user (and unfortunately many popular analytic tools does not support this)

@jusef Thanks for the quick reply. I'm integrating Hengam right now to test. Is there a way to get my data into Hengam? APIs for user enrichment perhaps. For the Android SDK, if it is possible, please don't lock the Firebase SDK version so it remains compatible with other analytics. Or else you run into the problem that Hengam is not compatible with an analytics SDK if the Firebase version is not identical.

@rayliverified we're very glad you're testing hengam, For now such API is not available but we can work together and discuss possible enrichment (via hi@hengam.io) Also thanks for your point on our Android SDK, we will remove the constraint in the next version which will be released very soon :)

Such a nice product for marketers to interact with their users. You can also consider promotion management as a usecase. As a marketer, I wonder if I can distribute discounts based on churn probabilities.

@alioca We are glad you mentioned this. Now we estimate churn probabilities well as a prerequisite of the promotion management problem and this is one of our topmost priorities. ☺️

This sounds horrific. If you don't want people to uninstall your app then build a good app. Don't try and manipulate them with annoying push messages.

@mickc79 Hengam helps good applications to communicate with their users and introduce their offers and features to the users. (Obviously sending annoying push messages results in more uninstalls not less)

From the first impressions I've got form the PH Page and the Landing-Page, it feels like it's something to throw at the problem and not actually solve the problem. And with problem I mean that your users not having actually achieved product-market-fit with their product. From my perspective, thinking about using this service to prevent users from uninstalling it, is a red flag and indicator that something else is wrong or not working. But I definitely think it would help you (based on the data it gives you) improve your product over the long term.

So for me - personally - to make this useful, would be necessary to shift the focus from "Smart-Notifications" or "Stop users from uninstalling your app" to "Achieve Product-Market-Fit" faster with crucial insights you get nowhere else".

@jonasschmahl Hey Jonas, We are so glad that you mentioned this :) For the app functionality point of view, what you are saying is quite true. And, as you pointed out, our product is well-suited because it makes accurate predictions and analyzes user behavior so that our customers get a better understanding of their users and patterns of behavior leading to more churn. We also suggest segments that need more attention. This is where we provide him/her with the right solution.

Smart Push Notification... The new generation of push notifications. They can think and decide now! :))) It's an amazing product which can change the concept of the push notification, from a boring stuff to an exciting feature. It can be used to target right audience for your offer, promotion, new feature and etc., which prevents spam and will increase satisfaction for both sides.

I've been using this app for my Android app for some time now. It gives you a precise forecast of the users leaving your app and introduces different user segments to help you make the right offer to your users that has the most returns on your product. I haven't tried it for IOS yet but it might be great. The only thing to note is that it takes time to identify your uninstalls that it's ok .

Absolutely no way would a push notification keep me from uninstalling an app I was already potentially going to uninstall! It would be the last straw!

@simongabriel Thanks Simon for your feedback, the idea is to introduce features and discounts using different channels (push notification for now but also in-app message and email soon). Consider you're not using a fitness app but it sends you a message with a discount on the program your most interested in, then I think you'll be more likely to keep and use it.
