Hmm, really awesome. Can we customize the replies inside our app?

@chilarai Absolutely! there are two scenarios:
-Visitor / customer starts a conversation using the chat widget. In this case the AI uses your KB articles as context to reply.
-As an agent you have the option to draft a reply to a message/email in the inbox. This also uses your KB articles as context.
