Hi all, Jamie here 👋 Today I'm excited to announce the Headless Dropshipping Starter I've been working on for the past several weeks. 😅 This product is aimed at developers (and agencies) who are looking to launch a headless drop-shipping store from scratch, or drop in to an existing Next.js site. It's built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. Orders are captured using Snipcart 💳, and automatically fulfilled using Printful 📦. This starter comes production-ready with some kickass features out of the box. There isn't anything to configure, unless you want to. Launching this yourself is pretty straightforward: 1️⃣ You create your product inventory inside Printful. 2️⃣ You connect your payment gateway to Snipcart, and configure your webhooks. 3️⃣ You one-click deploy to Vercel. I couldn't be any happier to share this with you today on ProductHunt, and if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer. Don't forget to check the demo video out to see this in action 📺 My goal for this was to help others in setting up their own headless drop-shipping storefront as quickly as possible building a modern stack. Let me know what you think! 💜

@notrab good job man! I love the simplicity:) Is it possible to customize template?
Jamie Barton
@rtkirill Thanks man! Yep! You can take this, and customize as much as you like. All of the code is there in the GitHub repo for you :)https://github.com/notrab/headle...

@notrab perfect!

@notrab This is the future! thank you for making this. Is this close to no-code/low-code? and also is it possible to do on payment gateway to connect with stripe?
Jamie Barton
@fajarsiddiq Hey! Thanks for the support. I'd say it's pretty close, but I built this with the intention for others to take it, and customize to their liking. I also decided to go with Snipcart for their "hands off" approach to Cart + Checkout, as well as the support for Stripe, abandoned recovery campaigns, customer logins for previous orders, and overall developer experience. Let me know if you have anymore comments or questions, I'd be happy to run you through the app, and what goes on in the background if you like.

Dropshipping is by design not eco-friendly at all, and so : it sucks, nevermind the quality of the product behind.
Jamie Barton
@arthur_briere Great feedback! I've been really pleased with the quality of product from Printful, and they have committed to limiting waste. This was a big decision when finding a printing partner. See their sustainability responsibility page for more info if you're interested. https://www.printful.com/sustain...
Arthur Brière
@notrab excuse me for being scathing :) I just want to represent people engaged in sustainability. And even they have a sustainability page (who doesn't have today ?), dropshipping is and will always remain extremely polluting because, by definition, it's only about importing stuff from thousand of kilometers whithout local buffer (warehouse). It's a non-sense, but I don't really know where you come from, depending your culture what I say could look "extremist", but let's face the reality of a suffocating world instead of "reducing waste". I don't want to support your project just for theses reasons, but I don't say at all your work is bad, your work looks good. :)
Jamie Barton
@arthur_briere That's great to know. I have a friend who bought £250,000 worth of stock that's just sat in his warehouse, and hasn't sold, which will almost go to landfill. I guess it can work both ways 😅
Vivek
Super easy. Thanks for sharing this
