We use Gtmhub at Techstars to manage our OKRs across the organisation in real time

Pros:

Automates all of the data gathering required to make OKRs easier to adopt, understand and work.

Cons:

You still need to understand OKRs first in order to be successful

Out of the box OKR tool to cascade goals to the team. The way that handle data is incredible as so flexible and no painful integrations process with your systems because they've figured it out already

A fraction of the cost of the competitors as they've solved the integrations challenge. Makes it easy to buy, adopt and extract value quickly

I’m a small investor in the company and thus am incredibly biased.

Pros:

Gives you an actual OKR process instead of a bunch of google docs.

That looks great and scales through large teams.

Cons:

Engaging your team in OKRs isn‘t as easy as using GTMhub!
