I wanted to create a free and open-source alternative to DeepL that I use a lot at work, since I have access to Azure OpenAI. I built this app while learning Rust in the process. The app also runs on OpenAI API and ollama for a totally free, private and open-source experience.

Really love the approach—lightweight, private, and open-source is a combo we need more of. Built with Rust too? Nice touch. You might want to list GPTranslate on Aixyz .co—it's free, and a lot of devs and OSS fans check it daily for clean, practical tools like this.
