North and south, old and young, rich and poor, employees and unemployees, disabled and not disabled people, professionals and nonprofessionals. A problem that can strike anyone and can blight millions of lives is mental health. At home, in the workplace, and in our communities it tends to be brushed under the carpets. Having personally faced with the mental illness and having no courage to talk about it and not knowing how and whom to talk about it, I realized that if we lived in a culture where the trauma of bereavement and the need to get help for mental health problems were more clearly recognized, things would have been different for me. Think how much better it would have been for me and think how much better it would have been for people who faced and are facing mental health problems. It is the taboo running across our society that infects the minds and well-being of people. That needs to be eliminated. So we came up with a platform named GoodMind, to make mental wellness accessible, and affordable, to listen to people, and to work to remove the taboo. So yes this is how I want to bring change in society by working on mental wellness and creating a better tomorrow for every individual who seeks help.
