It’s finally here! 🔥 After weeks of hard work with @saravissante, we are super excited to release GDPR Unpack: a Notion workspace to make GDPR simple for small businesses and indie makers 👌 For a long time I thought that GDPR didn't apply to me, even though I manage a lot of data: 🍪 My websites use cookies 💌 I collect dozens of emails every week 🎉 More than 500 people have paid accounts to access SaaSFrame and GrowthList ... As a (very) small company, I always told myself that no regulatory authority would ever be interested in me and that I was not risking much by not being compliant to the GDPR 😐 But there is another risk I didn't see coming: customers are increasingly aware of data protection. When a potential buyer first asked me how their data would be handled, I thought it was an isolated case. But it happened several times over the following months 🙏 Lucky for me, my girlfriend is a GDPR expert. @saravissante is a data protection consultant & certified DPO. She has helped dozens of companies in the financial, transportation and healthcare industries. It only took us 2 hours to make my products GDPR compliant. Completely agree that no matter how small you are, you need to be thinking about GDPR and data compliance. Customers are aware of it, it can be a big differentiator, and it gets harder the longer you wait to do it! Thanks for creating something to help businesses get started!
