Galinia turns whatever you're feeling into a meditation made just for you. Type what's going on (maybe you are stressed before a big meeting or you can't switch off after work) and Galinia writes a fresh script and voices it in a warm, human-like voice, streamed instantly. Every session is 1–5 minutes, so it fits real life. No generic content library, no 30-minute commitments, just fast, emotionally-aware meditations for the moment you're in. On iOS & Android.

Hey everyone, Panagiotis here. I am the founder of Galinia.
A while back I quit my job to start building companies. I loved it, but I won't pretend it wasn't stressful.
A few people told me to try meditating. So I tried because I did think it might help, but it just didn't work for me. The big apps felt generic - the same pre-recorded sessions telling me to picture a beach, when what I actually needed was help getting out of my own head after one specific, brutal day or moment.
I even tried the AI meditation apps. They were worse. Robotic voices, content that was only half-generated and half stitched together from pre-recordings. It felt hollow, and comical almost in how bad they were.
So I built a prototype for myself. The first time I used it, it hit me harder than I expected - it actually spoke to what I was going through. I've used it every day since. I let a friend try it too and he requested that I send him the audio file because he felt so connected to it.
That's what I wanted Galinia to be: not a library of one-size-fits-all recordings, and not fake AI. You type what's actually going on, and it generates a meditation for that moment. Your words, your situation, your chosen voice and music. It adapts to your emotional state and builds something genuinely unique every single time. No two sessions are ever the same, because no two moments are.
It's live on iOS and Android now. I'd love your feedback. Tell me what lands, what doesn't, and what you'd want it to understand about you. Ask me anything.
love that the meditations are generated on the fly instead of pulling from a library, feels way more personal to what you're actually going through in that moment.
@selahattinyd4y yes, that is the main differentiator. Traditional meditations never worked for me. They always felt too generic and weird, making it hard for me to focus. On the other hand, personalized meditations are so powerful because they really reflect on exactly whats happenign in your life right now.
The short session length is such a smart call — most meditation apps lose me the second I see 20 minutes on the timer. Generating scripts from whatever you type in feels like magic honestly.
@hayrettine73960 Thank you, Hayrettin. Yes, I myself could not possibly sit down in a yoga pose for 20 minutes. Way too hard to stay focused but also hard to find the time. That’s mainly where the max 5 minute feature came in
