We built FoundersAreHiring to fix startup hiring. Recruiter spam, bloated job boards, and keyword-junkyard resumes or LinkedIn profiles waste time and bury real talent. Startups move fast, often with micro-teams, yet hiring hasn’t caught up.

Instead of endless listings, we deliver curated weekly drops of high-intent opportunities and let founders connect directly with candidates. Our AI agent Axira runs short, voice-based screenings to cut through the fluff and hear how candidates actually think, solve problems, and operate in chaos. No gamed resumes, no AI-padded profiles. Founders finally get real signals: clarity, mindset, cultural fit, and execution depth. Candidates get a chance to stand out for substance, not keyword stuffing.
