Instead of endless listings, we deliver curated weekly drops of high-intent opportunities and let founders connect directly with candidates. Our AI agent Axira runs short, voice-based screenings to cut through the fluff and hear how candidates actually think, solve problems, and operate in chaos. No gamed resumes, no AI-padded profiles.
