It is ideal for students, busy professionals, front-line workers and anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, or other emotional challenges who may not have the time, resources, or coverage to access traditional therapy. Key features: - Fleur, Our AI Therapist: A chat-based AI that aims to understand your challenges and provide evidence-based advice just like a therapist would. This feature helps users deepen their experience by offering suggested questions they could ask to get more detail about advice provided by Fleur - Cog Coach: A tool that helps you improve your thought life one situation at a time using cognitive behavioral therapy. It starts with the user articulating a situation in which they struggled recently. Then the AI generates a set of personalized questions to help identify the negative automatic thoughts, determine which of those are grounded in fact or fiction and ultimately reframe the experience. - Goal Planner: A tool that helps translate a vague goal into a personalized actionable and measurable objective. It then generates a custom implementation plan. - Reflect AI: This exercise helps you think through complex challenges that you're facing. You start by articulating the situation you're facing, then the AI provides useful questions and provides space for journalling your response so you can think through the situation in a structured way. - Mental health assessments: We added a number of validated mental health assessments to help users assess their anxiety & depression severity while also providing a sense of how your mental health is doing more broadly. Backstory: When a friend pursuing his PhD struggled with anxiety, he couldn't afford more than two therapy sessions per year due to limited coverage from his university. This systemic failure inspired me to bridge the gap between self-help and costly therapy. With my partner, an occupational therapist, and friends in the field, I learned that most therapy visits address mild anxiety and depression, and many can't even find available therapists due to high demand. I started this venture to provide an affordable, round-the-clock mental health resource for those in need, costing less than a single therapy session for a full year of access. I used to own and subscribe to your app, I loved using it, was so helpful, but then something happened with my subscription where it said there was nothing to restore and so reinstalled it to try, but came up white screen upon reinstall attempt, and now I can’t get it back.
