DynoCX now has AI agents that know your business
We launched DynoCX on Product Hunt on September 16. Since then, we haven't been sitting around polishing the same release.
We shipped something much bigger.
DynoCX AI agents can now use your own knowledge base to answer customer questions.
Add your product documentation, FAQs, guides, policies, or other knowledge, and your AI agent can use that information when responding to customers.
The goal is simple: instead of giving an AI agent a generic personality and hoping it figures things out, give it the context it actually needs to be useful.
What's new
Connect your knowledge base to your customer-facing AI
AI responses grounded in your own documentation
Continued improvements to the shared inbox and customer experience
A new public roadmap showing what we're building next
A new Early Access model built around keeping things simple and transparent
We're building DynoCX a little differently
DynoCX is 100% bootstrapped and self-funded.
There isn't a big funding round behind us. There isn't a large product organization deciding what gets built six months from now.
Paid Early Access customers help fund the development directly.
In return, we're giving early customers something we think is fair: features we build during their first 12 months become part of their permanently protected feature entitlement, with their subscription price protected for as long as they remain subscribed.
Third-party AI usage is the exception because those costs depend on the underlying model providers.
We're also keeping the roadmap public.
What's live, what's being built, and what we're exploring are all there. Priorities can change based on customer feedback, actual product usage, and the technical work involved.
We're a small team, so we'd rather build this in the open, talk directly to customers, and ship things that actually get used.
This is still early.
That's kind of the point.
If you're building a product and want a simpler way to handle customer conversations, we'd love for you to try DynoCX and tell us what we're getting wrong.
Start free, check out the new AI agent, and let us know what you think.
