For 20 years, across 5 companies, I have pursued the mission of helping business communicate with their customers.

At Drift we have been working on helping every business scale customer communication. That started with the launch of Drift 2.0 and now we’re taking the next step with our knowledge base integrations.

Driftbot will automatically provide customers with the answers you’ve already written help docs for. We will be supporting Help Scout, Helpjuice, WordPress, and Zendesk knowledge bases (and adding more quickly).
