Starting the contract from the email thread where the deal was agreed is such a smart place to begin, Raeeza! The $1 per contract pricing with no seats is refreshing too. When Dottr flags a risk against the playbook, does it show the exact clause and the playbook rule side by side, so the reviewer can see why it was flagged?

You can also see why it was flagged against the playbook rule, without having to switch between the contract and your review guidelines. Dottr takes you directly to the relevant risk areas in the contract, making it easier to understand and act on them.
