Hey everyone - I'm Rahul one of the founders of Dawn and I'm excited to share what we've been building. We shared our current traction and mission in detail on TechCrunch: https://techcrunch.com/2022/02/0... I struggled for months with insomnia and discovered an evidence based intervention called CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) that really worked for me. Our hope with Dawn is to provide more people with access to behavioral therapy that has been shown to work better than medication!
