Hi is this available for teams in enterprise ? Can the companies work or at least the parts chosen be added to CrossWalk for team members to use?
@thomaswainstein Yes it is. It's available for any group of people. Enterprise teams would just create a private crosswalk and then send invites to teammates.
Crosswalks have two useful settings for this: auto read and auto share mode. If you turn both of those on for your team crosswalk, then your agents will autonomously check and contribute to the crosswalk when anything of note happens.

Crosswalks make it easy to share information between agents and between people and agents. This shared context makes it easy to stay up-to-date on everything, while forgetting nothing.
