Are you storing any data inserted on your website?
Gavin
@luigimanco No, we don't store any information (including analytics tracking) you input on the page except for the optional image upload which is necessary to make a few of the signatures work.

I don't understand why I was asked to give links to all my social media profiles when the sugnatures contain social media icons or links. Only the first signature includes some social media links (text only) but it's broken anyway. I don't have a LinkedIn account and so I left the field empty, but the signature still contains "l: " as in "my linked in profile: [empty]".

Pros:

simple, singatures look nice

Cons:

no social media icons in any signature, cannot choose font

That's pretty good Can you add 'Copy as html table' option at the end?

I'm not a fan of fancy signatures, especially those with images. IMO, keep it simple and functional.

@rrhoover Agreed. Is this what we are resorting to take catch people's interest, a pseudo advertisement replacing your professional sign-off?
Anna Filou
@rrhoover I like nice signatures that but sometimes it’s too much. Most of the time and for most people your name is enough but in certain contexts you need a signature that has a lot of info (company details, addresses, your role in the company, direct landline, mobile, company hotline...) If all that info is just plain text, it’s hard to read and find what you need. I often don’t know the gender of the person I’m exchanging emails with too (in some languages adjectives have different endings depending on the person’s gender and it can be very rude to use the wrong ones) so a photo helps in those cases. Depends on the sector. I see a lot of terrible signatures though so this tool is a good thing as far as I’m concerned 😛
