I've tried this for a variety of eCommerce niches and my personal blog and it works flawlessly.
I've used it for about 2 weeks and it literally saves me hours a day. I dunno how it collects the email addresses but it's usually a personal email that the recipient doesn't get many messages on and it always leads to a conversation. I recommend 100%.
