I built CodeCoach to solve a common problem in competitive programming: inconsistent and unfocused practice. Instead of solving random questions or blindly following sheets, CodeCoach generates daily problems tailored to a user’s Codeforces rating and the topics they want to improve, making practice more intentional. The idea evolved through informal feedback from a few peers, which helped me refine both the recommendation logic and the overall UX. I open-sourced the project early because it’s built for the community—letting others shape and improve it over time. Right now, my focus is on strengthening the core platform and making it genuinely useful before actively growing a contributor community.
