Hi Hunters! I’m Max, Co-Founder and CEO of Carefull. Thanks so much to @schlaf for kicking this off. Our team created Carefull for the 45 million “financial caregivers” in the US. Financial caregivers handle daily money management tasks — they pay bills, set budgets, deposit checks, dispute credit card charges, monitor for fraud or scams, coordinate with siblings and other family members, and more — typically for aging parents. So glad you built this! When I had to help my grandmother when her husband passed, there was so. much. to. do. Her medical care, selling her house, relocating her, funeral arrangements for her husband to name a few. But the thing that creeped up on me was her finances. Keeping track of her money was critical to making sure she had her needs met. Great work Carefull team! Can't wait to see where you take this.

As someone who is a "financial" caregiver, this product really is a no-brainer. Right now all of our communication happens over text and money movement over check and Venmo. This is going to help thousands of families across the US including my own.

Thank you @maxgoldman for making this! I was just thinking the other day how often I have had to intervene when I felt my father was making generational mistakes in today's interconnected world. I think this is a great idea and could be expanded out beyond finances (i.e. passwords, etc.).

So excited about this launch! I watched and helped my parents deal with this problem first hand with their parents. It was completely broken and full of really rough experiences. Can't wait to see how this transforms that experience and positively impacts peoples lives!
