I built Career Roast because honest feedback is rare in career guidance. Growing up, I noticed talented people from tier 2/3 cities just got the generic 'play it safe' stuff career advice. So I built Career Roast to give real, unfiltered feedback: What you're actually good at? Where's your resume holding you back? Do you even belong in that role? The 'roast' isn't mean it's a mirror. I found that people respond way better to straightforward feedback than the polished LinkedIn encouragement stuff.
