Hey everyone! My name is Ben Hale, cofounder and CEO of Brite! We are so excited to launch an easier way to choose benefits. 4 years ago, at the age of 27 I was diagnosed with stage 2 testicular cancer. I went through surgery, chemo treatment, and lots of mental trauma. We set out to help employees pick the best employer benefits for them and their families by personalizing the education and decision process. We work primarily with Benefits brokers but also go direct to employers, offering to create their Brite education and decision making tools. If you've been through an open enrolment or even a new employee onboarding experience then you know how painful the benefit election experience is.

My wife and I are always intimidated by having to figure out benefit enrollment. We typically don't come out of the process confident that we were completely aware of our options or that we made the right choice for our family. When my previous employer started using Brite, our worries and problems went away. It was very easy to digest information for different plans and understand the best options for us. Brite is pretty dope and every company that cares about their employees should use it.
