Reviews

  • Pros:

    Easy to list domains!

    Cons:

Doesn't accept all of my domains!

As a seller, this is a great marketplace. BB do all of the hard work for me, from promotion, to negotiation, right through to sale of my domains. All I have to do is transfer my sold domains and collect the money!

    Pros:

Comprehensive selection, easy to navigate the site. Great staff too.

    Cons:

The selection is so big it can be over whelming at times

BrandBucket is my go to place for checking the latest trends in brandable domains and startup names especially in the tech space.

I think it's a really bad idea to encourage this. To build something new is so much more than a name and there are a lot of invisible hard work that goes into it. It's really devastating to see the perfect name for your idea being held by someone who has no interest in making it a reality. A lot of great ideas are crushed by this kind of hoarding of names and ideas. It's sad and selfish. If it were just a collection of name ideas I'd be all for it but they try and get you to pay much more than a reasonable price that just makes no sense.
