I'm hugely skeptical of box/subscription services. All too often you get a bunch of overpriced crap that you wind up throwing out. That isn't Bottomless. Bottomless is amazing. I used to drive 20 minutes to a local coffee shop to get nice coffee beans for my morning cup. No more. Now I just have it magically show up at my door right when I need it. The variety of coffee to choose from is great, and I can either decide exactly what I want to get or be surprised within a space of coffee I'm actually interested in. The selection of roasters is great too. I only go for single origin beans so it's great to have the option of Olympia Coffee (my fave), Bird Rock, Anchorhead, etc. This is the only subscription service I have and it's amazing. Highly recommended!

Pros:

What a subscription delivery service should be. Great coffee delivered right when you need it with no hassle.

Cons:

Add even more roasters!

This is amazing. It's like a magic Amazon dash button that does everything without my help.

Pros:

My coffee never runs out. I'm always surprised with good coffee :)

Cons:

I've never seen something else that does this so seamlessly.

Thanks Ashutosh "like an Amazon dash button that does everything without my help" is such a great way to put it.

I've been using Bottomless for almost two months and I never worry about buying coffee

Pros:

I don't have to think about buying coffee anymore. My other subs aren't 'smart' so I end up with too much/too little - not with Bottomless

Cons:

I want the scale to help me measure the right amount of coffee to use. Can't wait for this feature!!

Thanks, Juan! Interesting feature request. It would certainly be handy to not have *two scales* on your counter. 🤣

"Don't make me think" for coffee, done right. Highly recommend!

Pros:

- Never have to worry about being out of coffee when I wake up in the morning ☕️ - High quality, freshly roasted coffee 🤤

Cons:

I have a rotating subscription but got the same (really good) coffee three times in a row. Looking forward to discovering some new ☕️

Hey Solvi, thanks for the feedback! We only have one roaster signed up selling 2lb bags at the moment, so we're stuck shipping you a rotation of their products 😭. We're actively looking for more 2lb options, though!

Amazon

Pros:

Awesome idea, teeny tiny footprint.

Cons:

No cons! Unless you don't drink coffee. But then you've got a whole different set of problems.

Haha, that's great. Thanks for the review, Michael!

Bottomless has no competition! I've heard only great things about it. Can't wait to get my first batch!

Pros:

I believe in this product, because you get your coffee delivered literally the next day after you run out, no matter the frequency.

Cons:

If Bottomless were to upgrade its scale into coffee machine that includes it, it would be wonderful!

I love this. Can't wait for this to work for the rest of the things for the home. TP is classed – right?

Pros:

Don't make me think; just give me coffee.

Cons:

-Took 2 deliveries to balance but magical now. -Have to stack all coffee on the scale. Looks silly on counter but don't care; pros outweigh.

the deez.
For a business and subscription that relies on "bottomless" coffee that says you'll "Never run out of coffee again", their service was lacking and missed its mark even on that basic premise. I used the service for at least 3 months, and consistently found I had to go days without coffee as I waited for Bottomless to initiate an order and then wait for long shipping times. The last shipping took 10 days to receive my coffee from when the order was place. The last straw was having my scale at 2oz, and no order was automatically placed (the whole point of their service), even though my account has been set to "never run out". Apparently they just "rebuilt their reordering system", but there clearly is still a lot more improvement that should be done. Wouldn't recommend Bottomless as a coffee subscription.
@thedeez Hey Ricky, thanks for the feedback. Indeed, shipping times with USPS were a real challenge during the holiday + COVID rush, making it a lot harder for us to deliver the experience we'd like. If you managed to get to 2oz without an order being triggered I'm guessing you go through coffee faster than one bag per week and could benefit from picking a larger bag. Please feel free to email me at michael at bottomless and I'll look into your account.
Naval, JRE, Bitcoin - in that order
Absolutely love Bottomless! I set up this little gadget once and now I get coffee that's roasted a few days ago shipped at the perfect time. I literally never have to worry about buying coffee and it's way better/fresher than what I was brewing before.
Hello World!
I never knew how much my coffee being fresh would improve my life as opposed to it being stale. Thank you botttomless for sending me coffee at the exact time I need it instead of filling my house up with too many bags.

In Bottomless a very innovative idea we have seen and used. This is efficient and saves me my money.
