Good concept, but 3 of 5 bags I tasted were horrendous. Especially for the cost, it's not worth it.

For a business and subscription that relies on "bottomless" coffee that says you'll "Never run out of coffee again", their service was lacking and missed its mark even on that basic premise.
I used the service for at least 3 months, and consistently found I had to go days without coffee as I waited for Bottomless to initiate an order and then wait for long shipping times. The last shipping took 10 days to receive my coffee from when the order was place.
The last straw was having my scale at 2oz, and no order was automatically placed (the whole point of their service), even though my account has been set to "never run out".
Apparently they just "rebuilt their reordering system", but there clearly is still a lot more improvement that should be done.
Wouldn't recommend Bottomless as a coffee subscription.

Absolutely love Bottomless! I set up this little gadget once and now I get coffee that's roasted a few days ago shipped at the perfect time. I literally never have to worry about buying coffee and it's way better/fresher than what I was brewing before.
