Before/After is a mobile app that generates cryptographically signed, GPS-stamped, RFC 3161-timestamped before/after photo proof for field workers. Any edit instantly invalidates the signature. Clients verify locally - zero backend trust required. Every proof includes Ed25519 signature, SHA-256 hash, external timestamp, and GPS accuracy to the meter. Exports as JSON, PDF, or Legal format. Full IP transfer available.

I built this because I kept thinking about a simple problem that nobody had really solved properly. Field workers finish a job, take photos, and still end up in disputes because photos are just files. Anyone can edit them, backdate them, swap them out. There is no neutral proof of what actually happened. I wanted to fix that without relying on any central authority or backend you have to trust. So I built a system where the math itself is the witness. Ed25519 signatures, SHA-256 hashes, external RFC 3161 timestamp anchoring, GPS stamped. If anything changes after capture, the proof breaks. Instantly. No ambiguity. I am a CS student from Nepal and built the entire backend in Go. It actually works right now.
