Hey everyone, Max here from Basedash.
Today we’re launching Basedash for Grok Bot: the official plugin for asking governed company data questions without leaving your agent.
Open Plugins, search Basedash, then sign in through OAuth—there are no API keys to copy or manage. From there, ask things like “Which accounts drove this quarter’s NRR change?” or have Grok Bot list the connected sources available to you. Answers come through Basedash’s hosted MCP, and your workspace’s existing access controls still apply.
The plugin includes two focused tools: one for asking questions and continuing an analysis, and one for discovering the data sources you can use. The result is a shorter path from a question in chat to an answer grounded in company data.
It’s live on the official Cursor Marketplace and also works in Cursor. Happy to answer anything.
