A very talented bunch of people here where I work launched this new product.
They created Balto for our very own need – to speed up the feedback loop whenever we release a new beta app to the internal team or external testers.
After a few months of testing and internal use, Balto is now ready for public use, exciting!
With Balto, developers can distribute their beta apps, share it with team members and external testers, gather feedback (with videos too!), and chat about what needs to be improved. All in one place, from within the app and the web dashboard.

Amazing work guys! Very useful tool. A problem I think you might encounter is that people are getting more and more reluctant to downloading apps, and Balto makes the number of apps downloaded to give a little feedback 2x. I hope I'm wrong and wish you all the best!

Downloading apps can be a hassle for sure but we believe that the users will be able to see the benefit Balto provides as users can send feedback while testing their app as well as discuss with their team improvements to make, all from one place.
