Bridgette Farrer Muir

Hi fellow hunters! 👋

This is Bridgette, I’m one of the founders of Arrange.

I’m super excited to share a new product with you today: ArrangeGPT. If you’ve ever used ChatGPT to create a plan or schedule that you wished you could easily add to your calendar, this launch is for you 🎉

Using Arrange is pretty simple: type in a prompt and Arrange will generate a plan for your next long weekend (hello MDW!), road trip, workout routine, meal plan, or anything else – except instead of returning plain text, Arrange returns a series of events that automatically syncs to your calendar, so you can access your plans with 1 tap.

Plans in Arrange are also enhanced with additional APIs to return more complete and useful results. We combine ChatGPT-4o with Google Search and Google Maps so that each event created contains all of the information you’ll need, whether it’s a booking website, restaurant address, YouTube video or recipe link.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Describe what you want to plan in plain text, just like you would in ChatGPT 2️⃣ Let Arrange generate a series of events you – complete with suggestions, locations, and helpful links – that you can visualize in list view or calendar view 3️⃣ See all of your plans in your calendar, since everything is automatically synced (we support Google, Outlook and Apple calendars) 4️⃣ If your plans involve others, you can easily share your plans with them via link or email

You can try it here: https://www.joinarrange.com/

I’ll be here all day for questions, comments and general discussion about how AI can make planning ahead easier for all of us.

Cheers from the Arrange team! 🚀

@bfmuir Wow, Arrange sounds like a game-changer for my productivity! 🚀 I love how it's like having a personal assistant to manage my calendar. Can't wait to try it out and see the magic happen!
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@sophia_wang5 thanks Sophia!
Dan Ostermueller
@bfmuir great idea to plan next steps - hard to always be thinking of the “next bounce of the ball”
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@dostermueller thanks Dan! Yeah, it really does turn ideas into tractable plans without the cognitive burden. The suggestions and links are really fun too.
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@leovs09 thanks Vlad - editing calendar events by typing into a chatbot has been so much faster and easier than changing them by hand. I imagine calendar UI is going to continue to evolve in this era, will be fun to follow!
Anastasiia Stepko
Hey! Congrats on your launch! Do you support only Google Calendar for now?
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@anastasiia_stepko Thanks Anastasiia! We support Google and Microsoft calendars via SSO login. If you use Apple Calendar and have already connected your Google or Microsoft calendar account to it, then you'll see Arrange there too.
Congrats on the launch @bfmuir 🚀 The idea behind ArrangeGPT is super creative. I love it! ❤️ Can ArrangeGPT work around my existing calendar items to prevent clashes? All the best with the launch Bridgette! 🏆
Jawad Khan Niazi
@bfmuir @jgani Same question, would it default to my phone's calendar or a specific calendar e.g. google calendar. All the best with the launch!
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@jgani Thanks Jonni! Great question - right now, Arrange doesn't schedule around your existing calendar events but this is coming soon :)
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@jgani @jawad_khan_niazi Hi Jawad, Arrange defaults to whichever calendar account you use to sign up (we supports Google and Microsoft) across your devices. You can also use Arrange on Apple Calendar provided you've already connected your Google or Microsoft calendar there. Once you're inside of Arrange, you can add any plan to a specific calendar within your account - for example, I add some plans to my work calendar, some to my personal, and some to my shared family calendar, depending what the plan is.

Congrats! AI copilot for easy planning are awesome!
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@alexbender thanks Alex!
Katie Kirk
@alexbender Thank you! appreciate the support.
Bethany Cutmore-Scott
Ah this is such a key addition for the itinerary and planning use cases for GPT! Which calendars you support?
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@bethany_cutmore_scott Thanks Bethany! We support Google and Microsoft calendars (we use SSO for account creation and login). If you use Apple Calendar on your phone or computer and already have a Google or Microsoft calendar account connected to it, then you'll see Arrange there too.
Bethany Cutmore-Scott
@bfmuir Awesome! Great that you support multiple. I'm wondering if I could use Arrange to help me and my partner develop a shared calendar.. he uses Microsoft and I use google
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@bethany_cutmore_scott oh so interesting, great question - today you could easily have a shared plan that you each connect to your own calendar. There isn’t currently a way to share a calendar, but this is a good use case. Thanks for sharing.

Love this product Bridgette! Such a time-saver for all that diary admin. Can it tackle workplace scenarios out of interest? ie integrated with your work team's diary avails? 'Find an available time slot for these 5 people and write me an agenda covering x,y,z? Congrats on your launch! The interface design looks really clean.
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@emily_willis1 Thanks Emily! Today, you can connect any work calendar to Arrange and use it to generate a plan, and soon it will take your existing schedule into consideration so that new events are created around your availability. Re: group scheduling, it's an interesting question - how you do solve this now? Are there any good tools out there? I used to use Clockwise at my last company with a much larger team and I use Calendly regularly for scheduling external meetings, but I haven't tried anything that does just this (takes internal team availability into account when scheduling new meetings). It's possible that Vimcal/Reclaim/Motion solve this? Curious what you've seen!
Emily Willis
@bfmuir That's great to know; thanks! I agree with you. I've also only used Calendly (for external meetings). Colleagues of mine have loved using Motion, but I haven't gotten around to using it yet.
Katie Kirk
@emily_willis1 I'm glad you like the interface design! I'd love to know what your favorite part of the UI was or what qualities you specifically like?
Emily Willis
@katie_k_design Hi Katie! For me it was the fact there was a lot of white space. It's very clean, so it's intuitive to navigate. Great design work.
Zenda
Amazing, this makes scheduling so much easier!🤩 Do you have plan to support syncing with Google Calendar?
Bridgette Farrer Muir
@zenda1122 Thanks Zenda! Yes, Arrange supports Google Calendar, Microsoft and Apple Calendar if you've already connected it to a Google/Microsoft account. The only thing you can't do is sign up with a native Apple account SSO. Hope that helps!
Zenda
@bfmuir That's great!
