We run our go to market through it, so this is a daily use opinion rather than a trial one.
What it is genuinely good at is being the one place the data and the sending live together. Most stacks bolt a database to a sequencer and spend the rest of their life reconciling the two. Not having that seam is worth more than any individual feature in it.
The honest caveat is that data quality is a distribution, not a number. Contact accuracy in tech is fine. Go outside that, into smaller consumer brands or anything not obsessively on LinkedIn, and it thins out fast. Nobody tells you which side of the distribution your market sits on until you have paid.
The thing I would tell a founder using it: the tool will happily let you send far more than you should. It is built for volume and the market has moved to relevance. We got better results sending a fraction of what the platform was capable of, because every send was written off real context rather than a merge field. That is not a criticism of the product exactly, it is a warning about what its defaults encourage.
Still the first thing I would set up again.
