After having gone through anxiety myself, I created this free app with the experience I gained to try to help others in a similar situation. The app is purposefully designed to be as easy to use as possible (once set up, you can use Siri Shortcuts to start any of the activities) and draws upon the activities that worked to keep my own anxiety at bay (such as breathing, motivational quotes, a gratitude journal, drawing and more). A highlight feature is the use of machine learning to understand which activities work for you. With this information, the app will be able to suggest activities that are more effective more often (see The Panic Button in the app). I hope this app can truly help people out there with anxiety and help them take control of their lives again.
