Three smart routing paths cut token waste to near zero. Every task is classified: DIRECT skips planning entirely, QUICK uses deterministic templates, FULL runs the multi-agent pipeline. Each agent gets only the context it needs, sliding window compression, dynamic tool filtering, parallel execution. Five specialized agents plan, code, verify, and review your work. Runs 100% on your hardware via Ollama. No cloud, no API keys, no data leaks. Open source, GDPR-ready. Built in Sweden.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m the maker of agentfarm.se
I built this because I’m tired of the "black box" approach to AI. Most agents today are locked behind proprietary walls where you have zero control over how they function or where your data lives. I wanted to build a hub where sovereignty and security are the default, not an afterthought.
But more than just a product, Agentfarm is a learning lab. I’m here to dive deep into how agents actually work and, more importantly, how we can influence their behavior to serve us better. My goal is to let your feedback steer the roadmap of this project. I don’t have a massive following or a marketing team - I have a vision for a more transparent AI landscape and a desire to learn together with this community.
I'll be here all day to answer your questions and discuss the future of agentic workflows. Let’s build (and learn) something meaningful together! 🇸🇪🚀
I'm looking for Beta operators - People who want to run real workloads through the system and help me find the golden paths.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on:
What’s the biggest "black box" mystery you’ve faced with AI agents so far?
What specific sovereign features would make you feel more in control of your AI?
It's open source (MIT), GDPR-ready, and works air-gapped. Try it free at https://agentfarm.se
