Last year I quit my corporate day job and joined my partner Jake in running a development agency full-time. Anyone who has gone into business on their own will know that trying to grow is a balancing act between providing the best service for clients and still making decent margin. This is where AgentDesk comes in: originally conceived just as a Jira Service Management replacement for our own use (because that gets expensive quickly), it became obvious that we could leverage AI to handle ticket triage. Then, we thought, why not let it code as well? Build a harness for it to safely handle our repos, give it ways to access our business context, and create granular control for whose tickets trigger agent actions.
